Modi praises Nepal for choosing peace over violence

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday praised the people of Nepal for choosing the path of peace over violence in independance day. He said," "In Nepal, at one time the youth had taken the path of violence. But today the same youth are waiting for the constitution to be made,".The prime minister said, "It is the need of time that we leave violence and follow the path of peace and brotherhood,".
Modi has already won the heart of Nepalis in his visit to Nepal earlier this month. He has adopted a Nepali man as his son. This is probably the first that an Indian leader/prime misnister has announced in public that Nepali is the land of Budha which makes Nepali feel proud of and thankful to modi aswell.
